Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 
Most orders are completed within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing time may be extended. Current processing times are always displayed on our website. 

Shipping:
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and are separate from processing times.

Signature Confirmation

For the protection of both our customers and ECD Embroidery, signature confirmation may be required on certain orders at the company's discretion. Factors such as order value, shipping destination, or other circumstances may determine whether a signature is required upon delivery.

If signature confirmation is added to your shipment, the carrier will require a signature before releasing the package. ECD Embroidery is not responsible for missed delivery attempts or delays resulting from signature requirements.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ECD Embroidery is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
