Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom embroidered items are final sale.
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If We Make a Mistake
If an error was made by ECD Embroidery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
Customer-Provided Garments
While every effort is made to ensure quality, customer-provided garments are embroidered at the customer's risk. ECD Embroidery is not liable for damage, defects, or inconsistencies, and refunds or replacements cannot be offered on customer-supplied items.
