Shipping policy
We are not liable for your items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, I will provide as much assistance as possible.

Shipping: Due to the custom nature of some items, signature confirmation is required for delivery.
Processing Time: Most items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales or high-volume seasons.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. It's your responsibility to track your package.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not liable for your items. However, I will provide as much assistance as possible. ECD Embroidery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Once your package is marked delivered, and you have issues, it's highly recommended that you reach your local post office to help remediate quickly.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item. Orders will not be refunded due to incorrect address entry.
Insurance: Shipping insurance may be included or added on select orders to protect against carrier loss or damage.
Custom and Personalized Items: Most items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, refunded or returned once production has begun.
